**rngconvert** converts to and from rng, xsd, and dtd schema formats

====Synopsis====
rngconvert [options]  inputfile outputfile


====Description====
Converts between rng, dtd and xsd schema files.
Uses the [[http://www.thaiopensource.com/relaxng/trang.html TRANG]] rng conversion code.


Note that trang does not support converting from xsd to rng.
